Everything was amazing from staff, who were best, to the ideal location. Cosy rooms, very clean beds, savoury breakfast. An electronic key card, a work desk and a seating area were available here too.

The hotel is huge and fairly clean with a pleasant restaurant, I had a comfortable stay. The rooms where beautiful with 2 single beds.

This was a very very good stay at the hotel during this period of time. Our food for buffet breakfast was savoury and all the staff were professional and especially helpful. We would recomand because we loved it and didn't feel like leaving.

Stuff and rooms are lovely, I liked it. Victorian hotel set in the commercial area. Besides, parking is 5 minutes' drive away.

The property was in the strategic location and appropriately priced. The staff were fairly friendly and the pool was well-maintained. You could walk to a mall and souvenir shops.

A luxury stay and great value for money. The hotel itself was well priced and everything was fine. A short walk to the stunning beach. Incredible beds, climate control, WiFi and iron/ironing board were a nice touch. Very special continental breakfast with tasty meals.

Magnificent location, very pleasant staff, really very comfy bed. The rooms were quiet, great bedroom for a good sleep. Tuban district was worth exploring. An amazing service and amazing breakfast. Besides, the parking was nearby.

Helpful personnel, OUTSTANDING food and drinks. There's a good choice of restaurants to choose from, like Waroeng Artis, set within 10 minutes walk or so. Furthermore, free parking was on-site.

The breakfast is sensational and the staff is useful. We recommend the hotel to all as its location was marvelous! Tuban district was worth staying in. The setting was just a walk down to satria gatotkaca park and other tourist destinations.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
